Rest, Renewal & God’s Goodness

Dear Royal One,

As we step into this Thanksgiving weekend, I want to gently place a reminder in your hands. You are a carrier of God’s royal identity. And that identity doesn’t just show up in your work, your leadership, or your influence. It shows up in the way you rest, replenish, and make space for the people you love.

This holiday is a sacred pause.
A moment to breathe.
A moment to look at your life and whisper, “God, thank You. You’ve been faithful.”

But it’s also a moment to care for you. This includes your spirit, your emotional health, your body, your tenderness, your joy.

Rest is not indulgence. Rest is strategy. Rest is obedience. Rest is stewardship of the crown He placed on your life.
